We do not offer refunds for services. However, if you're not completely satisfied with our cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll send another cleaner to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your service date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to half the service price, as a courtesy to our cleaners' time and schedules.
